Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate who are apply for this exam passed in 10+2 examination or equivalent either from MP Board or CBSE with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and secured at least 50% marks. Pass mark in English is also essential.
• Any other degree approved from Medical Council of India/Govt. of India/Dental Council of India.

Fee Details:

• Candidates can obtain the application form from selected SBI branches by doing the payment of Rs. 750/- in cash.
• Candidates form can be also obtained from all assosiating colleges or associated office with payment of Rs. 750/- either in cash or demand draft. Demand draft should be in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal.
• Candidates can also download the application form from the official website by submitting the demand draft of Rs. 1500/- (for MBBS and BDS programme) and Rs. 750/- for other programmes. The draft should be drawn in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal.

Admit card:

How to Apply

• Before beginning the application procedure, all candidates are advised to check the minimum required eligibility criteria.
• Application form should be filled by using black or blue ball point pen and in English language only.

• The application form filled in all aspects should be submitted to the Controller of Examination, DMAT Office, E-2/51, Area Colony, Opp. Habibganj Railway Station, Bhopal (MP)- 462016 through speed post/registered post/courier/in person. While sending the form it is must to attach a demand draft amounting Rs. 750/-. Candidates need to obtain the demand draft in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal.
• In case candidates are depositing the fee in cash then they need to deposit the exam fee by cash at DMAT office within the given deadline.
• Candidates need to affix recently taken colored photograph of 3.5 cm *4.5 cm size.
• Put your signature in the specified box.
• Put your left thumb impression by using blue/red stamp pad.

Candidateswho are applying for B.Sc Nursing/BPT and other paramedical courses they do not need to send the examination fee draft along with application form.
