UP Shiksha Mitra Samayojan 2016
Finally High Court Allahabad has announced final decision on UP Shiksha Mitra Samayojan 2016 on the posts of Sahayak Adhyapak in Parishadiya Vidyalaya of basic Shiksha Parishad. Allahabad High Court has been dismissed the Shiksha Mitra Samayojn in Uttar Pradesh for posts of assistant teacher in government primary school of Uttar Pradesh. According to High Court it is illegal appointment of assistant teacher in primary schools. Allahabad High Court cancelled. Stay on Allahabad High Court UP Shiksha Mitra Appointment Order by Supreme Court on 07 Dec. 2015 Hearing. After declaring Two Distance education BTC training illegal now Shiksha Mitr Samayojan teacher will not eligible for any further recruitment of teacher. Court declared that adjustment of Shiksha Mitra is unconstitutional. Government have not right of giving relaxation in teacher Appointment. The appointment of Shiksha Mitras was to be against the payment of an honorarium.
Now In Uttar Pradesh 1 lack 72 thousand Shiksha Mitra has relaxed because supreme had stayed on the decision taken by the High Court. Next hearing will be on 24th February. Supreme Court had also banned on appointment of new Shiksha Mitra. Before this on 12th September High Court has been decided to cancel the “Shiksha Mitra Samayojan” as per its rule and regulations.
