| Assistant Sub-Inspector (Executive) in CISF | The Position carries pay scale of Level-5 (Rs.29200-92300) and is classified as Group ‘C’ (Non Gazetted). |
SSC CPO Work Profile
- When you get selected through SSC CPO exam, you will be appointed as a Sub Inspector with either the Delhi Police, the CAPF or as Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF.
- The CAPF is a Para military force also known as the Central Armed Police Forces.
- It is not directly a wing of the Military.
- It comes under the Home Ministry.
- The CAPF has under it the following:
- BSF (Border Security Force)
- CISF (Central Industrial Security Force)
- CRPF (Central Reserved Police Force)
- ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police)
- SSB (Seema Suraksha Bal)
