KVPY Application Form 2017
KVPY 2017 has been announced. Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana is managed by the Indian Institute of Science. Eligibility Criteria
- Students must pursuing XI Standard (Science Subjects) during the academic year 2017-18 are eligible for Stream SA
- Students must pursuing XII Standard (Science Subjects) during the academic year 2017-18 are eligible for Stream SX
- Students must pursuing1st year of undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./Int. M.S. during the academic year 2017–18 are eligible for Stream SB
- Must pass X Standard Board examination with at least 75% (65% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE
- The fellowship of the selected students will be activated only if they join B.Sc./ B.S./ B.Stat./ B.Math./ Int. M.Sc./ Int. M.S.
- Contenders must have to secure a minimum of 60% (50%for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in Science subjects in the XII standard Board Examination.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be made on the basis of the written examination and interview performance. Written exam patter is as follow:

Procedure to Apply
- Open the official website of the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana “http://kvpy.iisc.ernet.in”
- From home page of the website you have to click on Eligibility option and read the details
- Then click on Application option and a new page open on the screen
- Read the details and click “registration and application” option
- Click Register and fill the asked details
- Register yourself first and note your registration ID & Password
- Log in to the site and fill the application form
- Upload the image & signature in digital form as mentioned
- Submit the application and pay application fee
- Take print out of the form at last
