Bhagyalakshmi Yojana Application Form
Uttar Pradesh Government is going to launch a new scheme named Bhagyalakshmi Yojana to provide financial assistance to girl in the poor family. This scheme is only for All girl child who born in BPL families. Under Bhagya Laxmi Yojana the state government of Uttar Pradesh will issue the bond of RS.50000 at the time of birth of the girls.
The state government of Uttar Pradesh has given the directions to the Women Welfare Department to make the layout of Bhagya Laxmi Yojana. Enrollment is allowed up to one year of the birth of child and Original Mother and Father have to show production of birth certificate.

Agreement by Father Mother
- Not to become a child labourer
- Not to marry until the age of 18 years.
- Take admission in a school recognized by the Education Department.
- Be enrolled in the Anganwadi centre
This Scheme will provide benefit to the girls from their birth to complete their education.
