Education Qualification
- Applicants should have passed GNM Course and must have registered with Assam Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors council.
- Contenders should also have working experience under national health mission, Assam or any health programme under HFW Department, Assam.

Age Limit:
- Candidate’s age must not be less than 18 (eighteen) years of age and not above 43 (Forty-Three) years of age as on 1st January 2017.
- Relaxation of upper age limit shall be applicable as per rules.
Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on Skill Test and/or Interview.
