UP Ration Card Online Application Form

Uttar Pradesh Government has launched Online Ration Card Application Form for UP inhabitants. Uttar Pradesh Ration Card has launched under the National Food Security Act 2013 (NFSA-2013).  Candidates who wish to get Ration Card must visit official site of Food and Civil Supplies Department UP website which is www.fcs.up.nic.in.  All eligible resident of UP can fill online registration form for ration card.

Required document for filling online application form

• Photo of Guardian/head (according to NFSA) in form of JPEG/JPG having file size not more than 30 KB
• Voter ID / EPIC / Matdata Pahchan Patra Sankhya
• Aadhaar No / Aadhaar Enrolment No (Scanned Copy of maximum file size 100 kb in JPEG/JPG Format)
• Income Certificate of Family
• LPG Gas Connection Related Information (Gas Connection No / Customer No  , Agency no , Gas Company name , name of the gas Company)
• Back account Details (bank name, Branch name,  IFSC code , bank Account No , Scanned photo copy of passbook first page having maximum 100 Kb file Size)
• Town/ Rationing Area  / ward Nam  / Ward no for Urban Areas (you can collect it from your nearest kotdedar )

How to Apply

• People direct go to official website www.fcs.up.nic.in
• Click for New Registration Page
• After the Completing the Registration Process You Get the OTP password on Registered Mobile
• Then you can fill the Online Form as per Your Details.
• After You Get the Temporary Ration Card Number Print the Receipt form
