Calculation of Marks of RRB Result 2016
- Online exam contained 150 questions to be attempted in 2 hrs. Paper also includes negative marking of 1/3 marks allotted to each question.
- Marks will be given for correct answer and deducted for wrong answer.
- Candidates will be selected on the bases of merit list.
- Merit list determines the result of candidates.
Document Verification
Only those candidates are called for verification of documents whose name mention in the merit list. 30% extra candidates are also called as standby. However these 30% candidates are considered for empanelment only if there is shortfall in empanelment from the main list.
Required Document for Verification
- High school Passing Certificate or Equivalent Certificate (proof of Date of Birth and Metric qualification)
- Diploma/Degree Certificate
- Caste Certificate of SC/ST/OBC
- Income Certificate
- Medical Certificate for Person with Disabilities
- NOC from Serving Employee/Ex-Servicemen
- Minority declaration on Non-judicial Stamp Paper
The Format of the certificate are annexed. Certificate in any other format will not be accepted. All Certificates should be in Hindi/English only.
The candidates who will be selected will have to undergo training as where required for posts. Necessary security deposit may also have to be given and indemnity bond signed where required. Emoluments on initial appointment equal minimum pay of the band plus grade plus other allowances as admissible.
