JCECE Counselling 2016

JCECE Counselling 2016 has been disclosed as a notification by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board for the students who give the exam & want to get admission in B.Tech/ B.E, MBBS, BDS, Agriculture, Forestry, B.V.Sc & A.H, Homeopathy Degree Courses. Applicants who applied for the admission and get the good rank in the merit list can apply for the counselling to get the seat allotted in the college.

JCECE counselling process

Counselling is to be conducted in two phases. 1st phase of counseling will be conducted according to the merit order & seats will allot accordingly. 2nd Phase of Counseling will be conduct if seats remain vacant even after admission of recommended candidates during the first round of counselling. Second round of counselling will be conducted after first round.

Counselling fee

• Applicants have to pay General/ BC (I/II) category of Rs.750/-
• 500/- in case of SC/ST category have to pay as counselling fee.
• Contenders who have been called for counselling, will have to submit the fee challan/IPO

Documents required

• Caste Certificate issued by S.D.O. (Civil) / D.C. of Jharkhand State
• Certificate of 10th/ 12th (Original I Provisional)
• Counselling letter, if dispatched by the Board
• Dependency certificate issued by competent Army Officer (for serving Army Personnel/Officer) or  Dependency  certificate  issued  by  District  Soldier  Board  (for  Ex-servicemen), who are claiming seat under SMQ Quota
• Discharge Certificate (if applicable) I Pension Book,
• Income Certificate issued by S.D.O. (Civil) / D.C. of Jharkhand State
• JCECE Admit Card (if admit card is lost then copy of F.l.R. in this regard)
• Local Resident Certificate issued by S.D.O. (Civil) I D.C. of Jharkhand State
• One postcard & six passport size photographs

How to attend counselling

• Contenders are called for the counselling as per the merit order for phase 1.
• You have to visit before 2 hours for the counselling for original certificates verification irrespective of receipt of individual communication.
• The date, time and venue of counselling will be intimated to the aspirants and available in the official website also.
• No change in the date or time of the counselling is allowed. Authorities are not responsible for any postal delay.
• After admission of the recommended applicants of phase 1, phase 2 is conducted if the seats are still vacant.
